Abstract: WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND LEGAL PROTECTIONS: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS ABSTRACT A computer-implemented system provides analysis of women’s rights and legal protections across jurisdictions and time periods. A source ingestion interface receives legal documents and metadata, and a normalized legal corpus stores text with jurisdictional, authority, temporal, version, and source-location information. A rights taxonomy represents rights, protections, conditions, exceptions, enforcement mechanisms, and remedies. An analysis engine identifies legal propositions, maps the propositions to taxonomy categories, and evaluates applicability using jurisdictional and temporal conditions. A provenance controller associates each mapped proposition with source text, source version, and review state. A report generator produces structured, comparative, historical, or machine-readable outputs while retaining source associations. Uncertain mappings may be assigned an indeterminate state for validation rather than forced into a conclusive classification. The architecture supports reproducible updating, traceable review, and consistent comparison of heterogeneous legal materials while preserving the contextual relationship between analytical conclusions and the legal sources from which they are derived.
