Abstract: A wooden log marking assistive device, comprising, a handle 102 is gripped by a user to position a distal end in proximity to a wooden log, an imaging unit 103 determines distance of log from distal end, an extendable rod 104 integrated in between proximal and distal end to extend/retract for positioning distal end on log, a U- shaped frame 105 assembled with a rotatable disc 106, that rotate for allowing user to move body 101 over wooden log’s surface, a display panel 107 arranged in body 101 for displaying measurements in view of allowing user to review dimensions, a microphone 108 enables a user to provide input voice commands for marking log’s surface, a chamber 109 arranged in between frame 105 and proximal end, for storing a user-desired ink, an electronically controlled nozzle 110 integrated on chamber 109 to dispense evaluated amount of ink onto surface.
