Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a workload-balanced multi-heuristic route optimization system for delivery logistics. The system integrates workload regulation directly into an evolutionary route generation framework to simultaneously optimize routing efficiency and workload fairness among delivery agents. Candidate delivery routes are generated using chromosome-based evolutionary optimization, wherein workload distribution is evaluated using variance-based fairness metrics. The system further incorporates novelty evaluation to prevent repetitive workload allocation patterns and a fatigue-aware mechanism to reduce long-term overutilization of delivery agents. Adaptive control parameters dynamically modify mutation behavior, crossover probability, and fitness weighting coefficients in response to workload imbalance and convergence conditions. A composite fitness function integrates travel distance, operational cost, workload variance, novelty score, and fatigue penalty to guide evolutionary search toward balanced and efficient routing solutions. The invention improves operational stability, delivery fairness, resource utilization, and routing performance in dynamic real-time delivery environments.
