ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BATHULA SRINIVAS V/S THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH

AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 16:

1. Mr.Jagan Mohan Rao Mannava, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
