ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GEETHA VANI ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL V/S ANIL CHAANDRA PUNETHA AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 13.06.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.7212 of 2019.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that subsequently the Writ Petition was closed on 16.04.2024 and requested to close the Contempt Case.

3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
