AMARAVATI, India, May 21 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents have complied with the interim orders of this Court dated 16.09.2025 passed in W.P.No.19716 of 2025 and requests to close the matter.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions from the respondents vide Ref.11015/TOT PKG-2/NHAI/PIU-RJY/2026/102 dated 18.04.2026, wherein it is stated that:

"4) The Concessionaire M/s Diwantham Tollways Pvt., Ltd., has reported in the reference (iv) cited that necessary support has been provided from the local administration and police in the first week of April, 2026 and the controversial encroachments on the service roads NH 216A at Ravulapalem Village and Mandal have successfully been removed on 6th & 7th of April as per the interim orders of the Hon'ble High Court in WP No.19716/2025. The Concessionaire has enclosed the paper clippings and photographs in support of removal of encroachments to his report. Accordingly, the interim directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.19716/2026 are complied."

4. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
