AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
1. Heard Sri Chetan Susheel, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M.R.K. Chakravarthy, learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner and Sri D. Nava Kiran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Counsel for the Respondents.
2. Ld. Counsel for the Respondents has submitted the Written Instructions dated 28.03.2026 furnished by the Joint Director, O/o. Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh along with Photocopy of the Proceedings of the Additional Joint Secretary to the Director of Government Exam, A.P., dated 24.03.2026.
3. The Proceedings dated 24.03.2026 would indicate that necessary corrections have been made in the school record and in the S.S.C. Certificate of the Petitioner.
4. Sri Chetan Susheel, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions confirms this position and submits that the Order of this Court has been complied with and no further consideration is necessary.
5. Having so recoded, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
