AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 16:

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
