ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SMT. GUDURU ARUNA V/S SRI K SUDHAKAR

AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:

1. This Contempt Case is filed complaining of violation of the Interim Order passed by this Court dated 27.07.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.29452 of 2012 in W.P.No.23065 of 2012.

2. It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.23065 of 2012 itself has been dismissed on merit by this Court, vide Order dated 28.02.2024, which is on record. The Final Order passed by this Court dated 28.02.2024 is taken on record.

3. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
