ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON V. NARAYANAPPA V/S V VINOD KUMAR I A S AND ORS

AMARAVATI, India, May 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 23:

1. Heard, Sri M.Venkata Sai Nikhil Kashyap, learned Counsel for Petitioners and Sri K.Ramalingeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents No.1 and 2 in both the contempt cases

2. Both the Counsel for the Petitioners as well as Respondents submitted that the Orders have been complied with and to that effect proceedings, dated 13.04.2026 have been issued. Recorded said submission.

3. In that view of the matter, the contempt cases are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
