GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 17 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aog. 19:
Heard Ms. S.G. Baruah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
Mr. B. Sharma states that even though best efforts were made to procure the case diary but the same has not been received and that he has prayed for some more time to collect the same. Prayer is allowed
List the matter on 08.09.2025. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next returnable date.
