Heard Mr. N K Murry, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. S H Bora, the learned Addl. PP appearing on behalf of State respondent.
Case Diary not received. No intimation received from the I/O.
On submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the order it is seen that the interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners on 06.02.2026 and since then the Case Diary was called for by the Court. But, till date the I/O could not furnish Case Diary in spite of several reminders to him.
In view of this, the I/O is directed to serve Case Diary positively on or before next date of listing, failure to which the I/O may be served with Show Cause Notice.
List the matter accordingly on 17.07.2026.
Copy of the order may be furnished to the I/O.
Interim be continued till next date of listing.
