GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AMARSHAKTI COMMERCE AND INDUSTRIES AND ANR V/S THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND 4 ORS

GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 25 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 26:

Heard Shri S.N. Tamuli, learned counsel for the petitioners in these cases.

Also heard Ms. G. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.

Ms. M. Barman, learned counsel has appeared for the State of Maharashtra in WP(Crl.)/35/2023. However an accommodation has been sought for on behalf of Dr. A. Saraf, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra in WP(C)/5707/2021.

As agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, matters are adjourned to be listed on 16.09.2025.
