GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 18 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:
Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Advocate General for the State submits that the Finance Department has rejected the proposal for up-gradation of the grade pay with certain observations requesting the Health Department to resubmit a proposal after incorporating those necessary observations. Accordingly, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the matter be deferred to permit him to obtain instructions as to whether revised proposal has been forwarded by the Health Department in terms of the observations made by the Finance Department.
Prayer made is not objected to by Mr. J. Abedin, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, list the matters again on 16.09.2025.
