GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON LAXMI RANI DAS AND 4 ORS V/S SALEK AHMED AND ANR

GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 18 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:

Learned counsel, Ms. S. Chanda for the appellant and learned counsel, Ms. I. Das for the respondent submit that the matter cannot be referred for mediation as the claim has been dismissed by the learned Tribunal.

The Trial Court Records have been received and all the parties have entered appearance and accordingly, list the matter for hearing on 11th September, 2025.
