GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NAFIA AFSIN V/S MD ASHAN ALI

GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 8:

1. Heard learned counsel Mr. R. Ali for the applicant, who has filed this application with prayer for correction of a typographical error.

2. It is submitted that there is an inadvertent error wherein in the order dated 19.09.2025 in connection with FAO No. 60/2025, the Court has been erroneously referred to as the Court of Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh instead of Additional District Judge, Dibrugarh.

3. This error is allowed to be rectified and typed as the Court of Additional District Judge, Dibrugarh in place of Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh at paragraph No. 1 of the order dated 19.09.2025 in FAO No. 60/2025.

4. This order will form a part of the order dated 19.09.2025 in FAO No. 60/2025.

5. In terms of the above observation, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
