Heard Mr. U. U. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. It is submitted that charge- sheet has already been submitted vide CS No. 58/2026 dated 24.05.2026.
3. IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already appeared before the I.O pursuant to interim protection granted by the Court and he shall appear before the learned Court below. Until such time he may be granted interim protection. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below within a period of 15 days. Till then the order of interim pre arrest bail shall remain inforce.
4. Upon the appearance of the petitioner, and in the event of filing of any bail application the same shall be considered as per law.
5. Petition stands disposed of.
