Heard Mr. A.W. Aman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent, who submits that the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 286/2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court and file regular bail application.
3. Accordingly, this bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial court and file appropriate bail application within a period of ten days from today.
4. The interim protection shall remain in force till the period of ten days from today or till the appearance before the learned trial Court whichever is earlier.
5. The petition accordingly stands closed.
