GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 28:
Mr. S Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take steps for service of notice on the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 by usual process.
Registry on receipt of requisites in this connection is directed to take steps for service of notice on the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 through the jurisdictional Civil Court of the place wherein the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 resides.
Steps be taken within three working days from today.
Registry to list this matter again after four weeks, along with the report about service of notice on the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in the manner directed above.
The interim prayer having not been considered, the same is kept open and shall be considered on the next date of listing of the matter, provided service of notice on the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 is complete.
