Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings vide Proce. No. SAAA/.C.Estt./Driver NMR (MTS) Dt.31.01.2026 of the respondent, the Proc.No. EC.2 /492/90A/ol-IX dated 28.01.2026 of the respondent and procgs.Rc.No.A2/Time Scale/2025-26 dated 15.12.2025 of the 4'^ respondent are as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law violation of Provisions of Constitution of India, Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and violation of Interim orders granted by this Hon'ble court in W.P.No. 57/2026 dated 21.1.2026 and set aside the all the above impugned proceedings of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and further direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as L.V.Driver, Work charged up to 62 years by considering the G.O.Ms.No. 15 dated 31/01.2022 and Interim orders granted by this Hon'ble court in W.P.No. 57/2026 dated 21.,Tr2026 and pay the all attendant and consequential benefits to the petitioner;

No. SA/W.C.Estt./Driver NMR (MTS) Dt.31.01.2026, the Proc.No. EC.2 /492/90/Vol-IX dated 28.01.2026 and procgs.Rc.No.A2/Time Scale/2025-26 dated 15.12.2025 of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as L.V. Driver up to 62 years;
