1. This Court has taken much effort by providing sufficient opportunity to the parties so that they may settle their dispute by coming to re-union. But when the matter has been taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-wife has submitted that there is no progress since the appellant-husband is not accommodating. It has been submitted that although the respondent-wife is living with the appellant-husband but the situation has still not changed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-wife therefore has submitted that the matter may be heard on merit.
3. There is no opposition shown by Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and having no chance of re-union, this Court is of the view that the matter is to be heard on merit.
5. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, list this case on 30th July, 2026 under the heading for 'hearing' since the matter has already been admitted.
