Heard Mr. N.K. Pandey, learned A.C. to SC(L&C)I for the appellant-State and learned Amicus Curiae appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.s 1 to 4(i), 4(ii), 4(iii) and 5.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the Objection dated 06.08.2010 filed on behalf the State has not been considered by the learned Trial Court while passing the impugned Award.
It is further submitted that the Objection dated 06.08.2010 is not on record of this case and even the Office Copy of the Objection is not available with the learned counsel for the State and for which the State has filed for issuance of the certified copy of the said Objection, but the same is not traceable.
3. Under the circumstances, learned Civil Judge, Senior Division is directed to search the Objection dated 06.08.2010 filed by the State and send scanned copy of the same to this Court.
4. Put up this case on 15.07.2026.
5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below.
