1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks adjournment by submitting that senior counsel Mr. Vishal Kumar Trivedi shall argue this case, who is not available today.
2. The records reveal that the case was adjourned from time to time at the instance of the appellant and sometimes with the consent of the respondents.
3. The matter arises out of Auction dated 14.03.2002 in connection with Certificate Case No. 23/1990-91 and Certificate Case No. 03/1994-95 in relation to minor lease which as per the learned counsel for the appellant expired sometimes in the year 2000.
4. At the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter is adjourned and is directed to be posted on 15th June 2026 by way of last indulgence under the heading for 'Final Disposal' to be taken up at 2:15 p.m. after F.A. No. 57 of 2009.
