Despite the order dated 02.06.2026, the case diary has not been produced by the learned Spl. P.P., who has submitted that despite her efforts, the Officer-in-Charge of Daltonganj (T) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 has not responded.

As such, the Officer-in-Charge of Daltonganj (T) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 is directed to remain physically present before this Court on 9th June, 2026 to explain under what circumstances, despite the efforts made by the learned Spl. P.P. and despite an order of this Court, he has not sent the case diary to the concerned Spl. P.P.

Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned Spl. P.P.
