1. Heard Mr. Pramod Kr. Jha, learned counsel for the appellant, and learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 28.04.2026 passed in M.C.A. No. 475 of 2026 arising out of Devipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar, whereby the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons, which resulted in his death.
4. It appears that there is a specific allegation against the appellant of pressing the neck of the deceased, along with another accused person, with the help of a gamcha. Though it has been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 21.03.2026, regard being had to the specific nature of the allegation levelled against the appellant, I am not inclined to entertain this appeal, which accordingly stands dismissed.
