1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):
"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order of the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna dated 06.12.2021 (Annexure-19), by which the order of punishment of black mark dated 06.03.2019 (Annexure-5) passed by the Commandant, BMP-10, Patna, now BSAP-10, Patna, has been set aside and the punishment of dismissal has been inflicted upon the petitioner, and for grant of all consequential benefits."
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he was appointed as a Constable in BMP-10 (Bihar Military Police), Patna, now BSAP-10 (Bihar Special Armed Police), on 25.07.2013. In the year 2014, the petitioner was made an accused in Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014. This was followed by initiation of a departmental proceeding against the petitioner in the year 2015 for allegedly entering into an illicit relationship with one Anu Kumari by alluring her with a promise of marriage and subsequently refusing to marry her.
