Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-Syndicate Bank.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :-
"(i) For quashing the order dated 31.05.2016 passed by the Dy. General Manager (P), Syndicate Bank (now known as Canara Bank after merger), Head Office, Manipal Patna High Court CWJC No.341 of 2022 dt.04-06-2026 2/18 whereby the petitioner was removed from the services of the bank with immediate effect following debit of SBI GL account to the tune of Rs.3.00 lakhs on different dates and credit thereof in his SB account jointly held with his wife by using his teller password and the passwords of other officers unauthorizedly which is in the breach of Regulations 3(1) and 24 of the Syndicate Bank Officer Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1976. However, as observed, that will not be a disqualification for future employment.
(ii) For quashing the appellate order dated 23.12.2016 passed by the General Manager (P), Syndicate Bank, Corporate Office, Bengaluru whereby the order of removal was not interfered with."
