1. Heard Mr. Ravi Shanker Pankaj, learned advocate for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through virtual mode.
2. It is fairly contended that the dispute has arisen on account of some commercial transaction. The matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre where the parties sat together and settled the matter. However, certain amount is yet to be paid to the informant.
3. Considering the submissions, let the matter be placed one week after summer vacation on 22.06.2026.
4. In the meanwhile, interim protection extended to the petitioners shall continue.
