1. Mr. Avidit Noliyal, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned AGA for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant has placed before this Court the order of the Coordinate Bench.
4. I have perused the same.
5. From the perusal of the order, it reveals that regarding the alleged contraband, Section 37 of the NDPS Act has not been dealt with, which is admittedly commercial in nature.
6. List this bail application on 06.07.2026. On that day, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned State counsel shall address the impact of Section 37 of the NDPS Act in the present case.
