RANCHI, India, Oct. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 9:

1. In this matter the case is related to Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.62 of 2025 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pakur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved ABA No.2798 of 2025 which has been dismissed for default on 20.06.2025. He further submits that Cr.M.P. No.2125 of 2025 has been filed for restoration of the said A.B.A and the said Cr.M.P has been dismissed on 22.08.2025.

3. In view of above, it transpires that the case is dismissed for default and restoration petition has also been rejected and what are the new grounds of filing the present petition before the High Court is not disclosed. There is no doubt that under the changed circumstances the second anticipatory bail application can be maintained and the changed circumstances are required to shown to the Court which is lacking in this case.

4. In that view of the matter, if the petitioner is having any new ground, the petitioner may move before the learned Sessions Judge.

5. This petition is dismissed with above observation.
