RANCHI, India, Oct. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 9:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA (Filing) No.6678 of 2025, that was dismissed for default.
3. It appears that the said file has not been restored and fresh Anticipatory Bail has been filed by the petitioner and this practice must be deprecated. If there is any fresh ground, petitioner is required to move before the learned Sessions Judge.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty, if there is any fresh ground, the petitioner may move before the learned Sessions Judge.
