JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR ASAF ALI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 9:

1. Defect as pointed out by the Registry is hereby ignored.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the reasoned order has been passed. Accordingly, the instant contempt case (filing) may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 24.07.2025.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the instant contempt case (filing) is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
