RANCHI, India, June 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 7:
1. There was no appearance on behalf of the appellant on the last date of hearing, i.e., on 30.04.2026, whereby and whereunder, the following order was passed: -
"None is present to represent the appellant. As such, in order to give a chance to the learned counsel for the appellant, let this matter be listed on 07.05.2026."
2. Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant.
3. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
