RANCHI, India, Dec. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 10:
Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise all the grounds mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous petition before the appropriate court at appropriate stage.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In view of withdrawal of this criminal miscellaneous petition, the interim relief granted earlier vide orders dated 07.01.2025 and 10.02.2025 are vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
