RANCHI, India, Dec. 11 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 11:
1. A show cause was issued to the petitioner as the respondents doubted the educational qualification of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner has replied the show cause.
2. Once the petitioner has replied to the show cause, the petitioner should get opportunity to defend his case.
3. No final decision has yet been taken by the respondents, either rejecting the claim of the petitioner or accepting the same. Thus, this writ petition is premature.
4. It is expected that the respondents will take a decision considering the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will communicate the same to the petitioner.
5. It is made clear if after such order the petitioner feels aggrieved, it will be open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
6. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
