JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BHUNESHWAR PASWAN AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:

1. Mr. Shubham Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sessions Trial No. 336 of 2019 has been disposed of and in this revision application, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 27.02.2020 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Chatra in S.T. No. 336 of 2019, wherein discharge application of the petitioners was dismissed.

2. In view of the submission made above, this criminal revision has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Pending I.A. if any, also stands disposed of
