JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BOKARO STEEL PLANT V/S THEIR WORKMAN REPRESENTED BY BOKARO PROGRESSIVE FRONT, BOKARO STEEL CITY AND OTHERS

RANCHI, India, Dec. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 20:

There appears to be a typographical error in paragraph 41 of the judgment dated 30th October 2025, inasmuch, instead of the year '2009', it has wrongly been mentioned as '2019', in the description given for W.P. (L) No.1716 of 2009.

Paragraph 41 of the judgment dated 30th October 2025 be rectified to that extent.
