JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BUTKI BAI V/S CENTRAL COALFIELDS AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 25:

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission of this Court for withdrawal of the instant writ application. Learned counsel further submits that for the said purpose he has also filed I.A. No. 7239 of 2025

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.

3. In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the parties, instant writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 7239 of 2025 stands allowed.
