RANCHI, India, Sept. 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 28:
The instant Misc. Appeal was sent for mediation in light of Special Mediation Drive- Mediation for the Nation.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been amicably settled and the mediation has already been received.
Accordingly, the instant Misc. Appeal stands disposed of, in terms of the settlement as per the mediation report dated 11.08.2025.
Respondent No.1 is directed to make the payment of final compensation amount as per the terms of the settlement within 30 days from today.
