No one turns up on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that since there is no merit in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, hence, the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
