RANCHI, India, Feb. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:

1. The present CMP has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.4788 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 1 st November, 2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons stated in the present CMP and that the aforesaid writ petition stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 1 st November, 2022, directing him to remove the remaining defects within two weeks, prior to issuance of notice to the respondents, W.P.(C) No.4788 of 2019 is ordered to be restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocate's Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within two weeks and shall remove the defects within the aforesaid period.

3. The present CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
