JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DHIRENDRA KISHORE V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Dec. 11 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 11:

1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.

2. This Criminal Revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 17.07.2025 passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj in Misc. Cr. Application No.871 of 2025.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the ground at the appropriate stage.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

5. This Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
