RANCHI, India, Jan. 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 13:
1. The matter relates to Narayanpur P.S. Case No.94/2022, S.T. No.109/2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Jamtara.
2. Mr. Vishal Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction of Mr. Mohit Prakash, who is Advocate-on-Record, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
