JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON FAST TRACK TOUR & TRAVELS V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Feb. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:

1) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy before the Arbitrator in terms of Arbitration Clause.

2) Prayer is allowed.

3) Consequently, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
