JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GAURAV KUMAR PRASAD V/S THE CHIEF SECRETARY, GOVERNMENT OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Dec. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 10:

1) The instant appeal has been filed against the interlocutory order passed by the learned writ court on 20.08.2025.

2) We are informed at the Bar that the next date of hearing fixed before the learned writ court is 20.11.2025. If that be so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this letters patent appeal by requesting the learned writ court to consider the prayer of the petitioner for vacation/modification/variation of the order passed on 20.08.2025 whereby the petitioner has been restrained from running the bus on the same route.
