JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GORA KOLEY V/S UNION OF INDIA & ORS.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 29:

1. Mr. Nitin Kumar Pasari, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the instant review application.

2. Such submission has been made in presence of learned counsel for the respondents, who is having no objection.

3. Accordingly, the instant review petition is dismissed as withdrawn and as such disposed of.
