RANCHI, India, Feb. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:

1 Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance against appointment of respondent No.8 - Md. Kamrul Haque, as Para-Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Harihara, District Sahebganj.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that respondent No.8 has been appointed on the basis of some forged documents and against the Rules, thus the petitioner has filed this writ petition directing respondent Nos.2 to 7 to hold an enquiry and pass an appropriate order.

4. Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner and the order which I intend to pass, it is not necessary to call for the counter affidavit by the respondents.

5. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach respondent No.5 - District Superintendent of Education, Sahebganj, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and conduct an enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and thereafter will pass an appropriate order considering the conclusion arrived at in the enquiry.

6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
