RANCHI, India, Oct. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 2:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the Bank Guarantee has now been encashed by the respondents, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same and similar cause of action.
2. Prayer being innocuous and otherwise is not opposed is allowed.
3. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
