JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JANKI DEVI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:

1. Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach the Civil Court for cancellation of the sale-deed which the petitioner has executed.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
