RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:
The name of the old panel counsel was reflected in the cause list.
When the writ petition was called out for hearing, the petitioner's counsel could not appear before the Court.
The counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will appear in this case if the same is restored.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
Consequently, the writ petition being WP(C) No. 366 of 2019 is restored to its original file. List this case as per roster.
